I arrived to the gym a little later then usual, and almost missed Steve's lesson on how to properly row on the C2. After he showed us a few drills and helped critique everybody's form, we started the warm up. As usual Steve and Chris entertained the group with their antics and comedic banter. In case you didn't know pirates wear, or should wear, fleece capris.
