It's been two weeks since my last post...damn, there is a lot to catch up on...
Thursday Sept 23:

10/1, 9/2, 8/3....
followed by:
6 rounds of 30 seconds with 10 second rest
mountain climbers

I liked this workout, until we got to the mountain climbers and plank..brutal..

After the WOD all the women from the gym had a 'Ladies night' at the Hanson's. We all brought something to share and ended up having a ton of great paleo food! I made a Paleo baked apple crisp.

I'm not sure why but I've never had any desire to compete in anything. I prefer competing against myself and setting personal records. I'm not intimidated or embarrassed, I just enjoy spectating and helping out where I can. I got there at about 7:30am to help set-up. My family was having a huge BBQ at the beach that afternoon so I stuck around until about 11am.

Monday Sept 27 ~ Wednesday Sept 29
Working hard at my parents house in Arizona!
I went to do some office work for my dad's business. I spent all of 6 hours working and had plenty of time for a little dose of vitamin D.
I headed home early Wednesday morning. I wanted to get home early enough to make it to the 5pm workout.
My most favorite place to visit..The Colorado River..It kills me to just drive by..
Wednesday Sept 29:

After the WOD I rowed 500m and practiced my kipping pull-ups. I knew it was going to be a while before I would be back in the gym and wanted to make the most out of the time I had.
