Even though I had not been to the gym since Wednesday I did workout at home on Saturday. I peeked on the CrossFit Costa Mesa site to see what WOD's I had missed. I modified the workout a little...I wanted to get a good workout in before all the non-paleo food, and drinks that were going to be consumed that night.
Saturday's WOD:10!
deadlift @45# (its the most amount of weight I have at home)
jumping pull-ups
sit-ups
burpees
my time: 14:36
Working out at home just isn't the same. I need the music, trainers yelling, and fellow members sweating and suffering along side me.

Judging from the lost phone, lost hat, and bruised ankle I had a good time!
