60 day Paleo Challenge-Baseline

The gym is hosting a 60 day paleo challenge. So today's WOD was Baseline.
"The goal is to take your performance pre-Paleo and compare it to your performance after 60 days of eating right and hitting the weight shack as often as your time and body will allow."-Chris Worden the mastermind behind it all. 

WOD:
500m row
20 pull-ups (scaled - blue band)
30 push-ups (scaled - knees bent)
40 sit-ups
50 squats
500m row
my time: 11:31

I completed the Baseline WOD during on-boarding and finished it in 16:38. However, instead of rowing we ran 400m. I would like to be able to finish under 10 minutes without scaling.




I'm really looking forward to the challenge and being held accountable for my diet. Now if only this thing started next week, AFTER my birthday.






Completely unrealted topic/picture.. this van is across the street from our gym everyday..it makes me laugh..
