Monday's warm up included a variety of jump rope drills. It was comedy watching everyone trying to master the movements.

I finished 3 rounds and 200m run!
However on Tuesday after driving to Arizona it swelled up and has been bothering me ever since. I'm going to ice and elevate it for the next few hours, and hopefully make it to the gym today.
Paleo challenge update:
Eating Paleo is more difficult then I thought it would be. It's hard not to justify 'just one bite' or convince myself 'I'll be good tomorrow'. Tonight I am going to dinner at Roman Cucina. I plan on ordering the steak salad and am going to try really hard to avoid eating any bread and drinking wine. Wish me luck!
