When I saw today's WOD..my initial reaction was "oh, chit! that's going to SUCK!" Then I remembered Alec's drive time words of wisdom on limiting beliefs. I changed my inner dialogue from 'this is going to suck' to 'i got this! it might take a while, but I can do it.' Which came in handy when the pain and exhaustion tried to set in.
