I really didn't feel like working out today. I had a ton of bullshit on my mind and was not wanting to be around anyone. However, I knew that if I didn't go and missed a fun workout I'd be pissed at myself. After a few hours on the fence, I remember Alec yelling at me "You can do this, it's all mental". So to get motivated, I told myself "wow, tonight's workout was A LOT of fun, I did great, I feel strong, and I'm glad I went"... Needless to say; Alec was right. A simple change to my inner voice pushed me off the fence and into the gym. Once I arrived, all the BS that was on my mind disappeared. It's hard to worry about relationship drama when trying to comprehend the evening's beat down.
