Monday mayhem

I was shocked to see how many people were in the gym today! We had to break the class into three groups for the WOD. Steve put me in the first group with all the boys. Leaving the other girls to cheer me on! Thanks LADIES!!

I broke it up by rowing for 30 calories and 30 reps of DB presses. The meter on the row machine was not staying on so I had to keep track on my own. Before the workout Steve told us that today's WOD was a modified version of an hour long 'pissing contest' with the goal of reaching 1000 calories and 1000 presses. He set our goal to 250.

Usually Chris brings his dog in, but today Jake brought his...such a cutie!
