Since Wednesday was my rest day; Robert and I planned on grabbing some sushi, going shooting and soaking in the hot tub. Dinner took a little longer then expected; by the time we got to the range they weren't accepting anymore lane rentals, but we made it back to his house in time to soak in the spa for about 45 minutes.
Oh how I wish I had one in my back yard. It works wonders on the sore muscles.
Grace is my third official WOD, and I'm LOVING it!!!! The nervousness and dread that I used to feel before class, is slowly being replaced by excitement!

I should have been lifting 50# or more, 45# was too easy.
This is Lindsay lifting 90#'s! She is super woman!
After the WOD I rowed 500m for time; 2:24! I didn't feel as fatigued as I thought I would. I can feel myself getting stronger. Now if only I had will power when it came to my diet!
