WOD at home

I didn't make it to the gym today, but I did create a WOD for myself to do at home. I confess; I scaled it to favor the moves that are easier for me. I know. I'm being lazy,but I'll let the trainers have the pleasure of making me suffer through workouts next week.

30 Box Jumps
20 Push Ups

I will admit it's not the same without Alec & Lindsay yelling at me, and the big red clock ticking away...but having my own music and a fan pointed directly at me was nice...
