"Why do I crossfit..."

Chris recently created a video and posed the question.. Why do you crossfit?.. In addition to the video, a dry erase board was hung at the gym for everyone to share why they crossfit. My absolute favorite : "to become harder to kill"

So "why do I crossfit.."
The reason I began crossfit, the reason that brought me through the doors : To become stronger, to build my endurance, and be in good enough shape to tackle any situation with ease. Well, that and to look good nekkid!
After 3 months of training; Crossfit has transformed my life, and self image. I find myself overcoming fears quicker and facing challenges with more confidence. "Crossfit has built my capacity to push myself in everything."

I Crossfit to be pushed beyond my fears and beyond my limits.
I Crossfit to be the best I can be physically, mentally and spiritually.
"I Crossfit to become harder to kill!"
