There's nothing like a fun workout to kill a case of the Monday's! Oh and my super sweet 'crossfit play-list'!
Strength Drills:
Deadlift 4x4 @ 80% RM = 80#
Steve noticed that what I was lifting was not my 80% max, I must not have been struggling enough; but instead of making me add weight he corrected my form and made sure I was doing the movements properly.
WOD:
As many rounds as possible in 20 minutes
squat cleans x10

WOD:

push-ups x10
knees to elbows x10

I finished 5 rounds, 10 squat cleans and 6 push-ups
Cool down
Max time Bridge
I could only hold it for 3:30, by the end of the night the gym record was 20 minutes

I wanted to let the 6pm class enjoy my super sweet play-list so I stuck around for a little while. The 6pm class was packed, AND there were 14 people for the on-boarding class, plus the Pro-Team waiting to start their beat down at 7pm. It was complete chaos!! Here are a few picts:
6pm class doing the strength drills - Deadlifts

The on-boarders had to be broken into two groups

the on-boarders getting a taste of the rings
the pro team pre workout

Andrew and Chris - feeling good before their workout...wish I could have been there to take an 'after' picture
