Again.. I don't have my CrossFit log book..but I remember this WOD sucked!! I have yet to completely master my double unders and can only string together about 5 or 6 reps unbroken.
UPDATE: 3 rounds +17KB swings

Originally Alec intended to workout during the 5pm class, but due to some scheduling mix up he ended up training the class.

Wednesday November 17th - Thursday November 18th
Arizona and back.. again..

Lately, I've been trying to get up early to attend the 8am class. Not only does it help kick start my day, but I get G (almost) all to myself. Not that I don't love and adore everyone in the 5 and 6pm classes, I just really enjoy the one on one (or three) attention from the trainer. UPDATE: My time 9:14

Saturday November 20th
I spent the day shopping and the evening watching the UFC 123 fight with Lewis and Chris.

Sunday I came down with a sore throat and am on a heavy dose of antibiotics so there will be no working out for me this week. But I will be back and ready to kick ass bright and early Monday morning!
