Wednesday December 1st:
5 rounds for time
5 Cleans @55#
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
my time: 8:00
As much as I enjoy the personal style training; I haven't been very satisfied with my results during the 8am class. I need the support and chaos of the afternoon crew, so I'm heading back to the 5pm class.
Thursday December 2nd:
Rest Day. I spend the day/night in Temecula visiting a friend and her daughter.
Friday December 3rd:
Barbara
5 rounds for time
3 min rest between rounds
20 pull-ups (40strick/60blue band)
30 push-ups (modified - knees)
40 sit-ups
50 squats
my time: 47:00
My push-ups are extremely pathetic. I can barely string together 10 modified unbroken reps. I'm pretty sure I could have finished this WOD in 30 minutes if my push-ups weren't so weak. I was able to do the first two rounds of pull-ups without any band assistance. That's 40 unassisted kipping pull-ups! YUuuuuS!! I attempted to start the third round without any bands, but my arms were cooked. Um..and yeah...my ass is raw from all the sit ups, like literally scabbed.

Saturday December 4th:
NLP Competition @ the Orange County Fairgrounds.
The NLP is a four part CrossFit competition in Orange County; December 4th was the third of the series. Alec, Linds, and Carrie competed; so naturally the crew rallied together to show our support.
